Group work is a very useful way of finding out more about how you relate to others and how others relate to you in a group setting. It can be relevant to family, work or any other group you find yourself involved in.

I am running a personal development group (maximum 10 people) starting on October 7th 2010. It will be held on Thursday evenings and will run for 10 weeks, one hour a week at the Gestalt Centre, London EC2 The cost will be £7 per person per session, payable in advance.
